“he was hands on and always helpful”

I cannot possibly shower Paul with enough praise. He is a godsend! I wasn't on the phone with him for long before I knew I wanted him representing us on the purchase of our new home. He had an answer for ever question I asked and more importantly, advised me on what I didn't know to ask. It was a big move for us, out of state. We knew nothing about the ins and outs of buying a home in New York, but Paul guided us through every step of the way. They say buying a home is one of the most stressful things you can do. Not for us. There was never a single moment of worry or stress because we knew we had Paul in our corner. Once we found the right house, Paul guided us through the offer process and every single thing he told us worked! It was pretty much set it and forget it once our offer was accepted. He kept on top of the commitment dates on the sellers side, our attorney he referred us to made sure we stayed on track with ours and also kept tabs on the seller. The mortgage company was lovely to work with too. Speaking of lovely to work with, Paul isn't just knowledgeable about everything real estate and everything Finger Lakes region, but he's an all around great guy! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He's simply the greatest!
